How we started
We sarted putting up this business my business partner and I, have a background in coffee industry. Both of us work in third wave coffee shop here in Manila.
Due to pandemic most of the food and beverage industry temporary closed that's why we don't have income for several months until we decided to put up a small business and we came up to a coffee in a bottle which coldbrew based.
How we are different
We named it 12Hr Cold Brew because it is literally steeping time for 12 hours. Many people asking why not 16hrs or 18 hrs, because we want to make sure the tasting notes of the beans from Atok Benguet will still taste to our coldbrews.
We choose Atok Benguet beans as side from the unique tasting notes. We want to support also local farmers this time of pandemic and promoting "sariling atin".

My Name is Cams, Meet my business partner, Perry. We are the head and barista In-Charge @12Hr Cold Brew. We want to make good quality coffee even we're just a small brand. This pandemic inspired us to turn our hobby into a small passion business. We are finally sharing our passion to others as we are all learning to survive and thrive this "new normal"
