We are a restaurant that sells garlic infused dishes. We turn simple cuts of meat and fresh seafood into delicious savory dishes, affordable to all. The story behind the name was derived from the bisaya word of garlic, 'Ahos'. So instead of Bisaya, we decided to choose the spanish word of garlic, 'Ajo'. Surprisingly it's pronounced the same as 'aho'. Our goal is to have everyone enjoy our simple dishes and make everyone a certified garlic lover!
