We love their dimsum! It's very reminiscent of our time in Taiwan. We love Taiwan very much and we have so many good memories there but as much as we want to go back, it's really hard to travel during this pandemic. Good thing Shi Lin's Xiao Long Bao is so much like the ones in the night markets in Taiwan. ❤️
If you haven't tried Taiwanese food, here is a good place to start. Braised beef noodles, XLB's, and their Crispy Fried Chicken were the ones I recommend just to name a few. Small snacks like century egg with bonito flakes, taiwanese tofu, squash in salted egg, string beans with minced pork are best paired with their milk tea.
