We had the Tsubaki course (30,000 yen for two persons) and enjoyed the fresh sashimi and sushi. The oysters were succulent and juicy, as were the scallops. As we sat at the counter, the chef shared that the pork and the three different types of beef (Chuck Eye Roll, Chuck Rib and Spencer Roll) served for the Shabu-Shabu were sourced locally from Hokkaido.
