Banana leaf is a mix of southeast asian cuisines from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and also India (coz of the curry) haha. I enjoyed dipping the roti in condensed milk, it's like my version of dipping pandesal in milkmaid when I was a kid so it was just memorable. Anyhow, what you need to try is the Beef Rendang, malaysian curry, pandan chicken, pad thai, nasi goreng, well basically all cuisines are just perfect! I need to go back soon!

Also, we tried sisig and lumpia as well. The sisig catches my attention and it is the best sisig I've ever tasted! Very crunchy and tasty!
