It’s a gym - not anything state of the art or high end. In fact, come in with relatively low expectations. However, if you REALLY need to get a workout in, it’s 150 pesos.

The Little Gym Thonglor
My daughter loved her first gymnastics class at this gym. The staff seem to love kids and the 45 minute sessions integrate music and dancing, bubble blowing, as well as playing on the gym equipment. Parents have to wear masks and socks, kids go barefoot. After a trial class you need to buy a package of 12 or 24 lessons but you can use them flexibly as they have classes every day of the week.
Pure Yoga Starstreet Precinct
One of the nicer PURE Yoga locations on the island. There’s a huge “chill out” lounge that’s great for resting or getting some work done between yoga classes. The entrance to the ladies changing room (not sure about the men’s) has a lovely zen feel to it and the changing room itself is modern and clean. Yoga studios are beautiful and spacious. Come during off-peak hours and you’ll be in for a treat. Must book your classes in advance though. Highly recommend this location.
