Try the pancit bato at Panchitan ni Unchang for a life changing experience. Sometimes I think if traveling for 3 hours by bus and 4 hours by boat from Quezon City to Calapan is a worth it trip just to taste a freshly cooked pancit bato from this place. I have controlled my cravings so far but I really really REALLY want to go back to Mindoro just to have another taste of this dish.
