The restaurant somewhat showcases the cultural heritage of the Philippines. The place feels like stepping inside a time capsule where you can take numerous “instagrammable” photos. The food is also pretty good!

Babara's is an institution that offers old school cooking, placed in a historic setting. You can never go wrong when you order either Filipino, or Spanish fare. Personally, I went a little European with my Seafood Amelie, which is a house specialty. Paired with their "buffet" staple, Banana Sesame.

Inside the historic walled city of Manila is a beautiful quaint restaurant that will make you travel back in time. Barbara’s Heritage Restaurant will let every visitors experience dining like an Illustrado during the Spanish era. The restaurant offers home-cooked, Spanish-inspired meals, meticulously prepared for their guest’s satisfaction.

Barcino - Fort Great food, great ambiance! If you’re looking for wide options of Spanish food, dito na yun. There’s a lot of wine selections as well. 📍Forbes Town, Rizal Drive (across Mind Museum)

After graduating from culinary school, Chele immediately caught the attention of his fellow cooks. He was sent to intern at Arzak in San Sebastián, Spain where he had his first taste of the true pressures of working in a kitchen. Savor the elevated Spanish cuisine that maintains the restaurant’s three Michelin stars while you are greeted by the chef, Juan Mari Arzak, who occasionally roams the space. Pair your meal with vino from their enormous wine cellar—which houses over 100,000 bottles!
