Fu Sing, you have my heart. Their deep fried tofu cubes are... amazing. Their XO sauce Cheung Fun are my favourites... and those two items alone keep me coming back for more! Dom loves their Boh Loh Cha Siu Bao (Char Siu Bun that’s baked). Come on weekends - they don’t serve many types of Dim Sum on weekdays!!
