found another gem in Biñan, Laguna! I’m a pasta lover so I’m very picky whenever I eat one. But here in Chef RV’s they just hit the spot! Plus they also offer mouth-watering desserts.

Famous for huuuuuge slices of cakes and its resident cute chef, Chef RV Cafe is a literal gem in the South cos it’s an effort to find it! Cost for a whole cake is comparably close to Conti’s but taste wise, Chef RV can def slightly improve. Would still recommend!
