It's great when a restaurant name themselves after their address, because then you won't forget where it is. It's even better when said restaurant does a small, seasonally rotating menu that features locally sourced ingredients. Their dishes are seemingly uncomplicated - a few simple ingredients, most of which you can pronounce; plating where you can see at a glance which of those ingredients go where - but they are consistently elegant in their execution. No overcooking or under seasoning. Finesse not flaunted. Hey, check out that sick alliteration! One of the best things I had eaten there was a peach carpaccio with blood orange sorbet. I miss it so much, but I've never seen it on the menu again. I long for the day when we can reunite.
