Our story started with a college kitchen exercise concept used by our head chef (Jose) that evolved into a continuously growing Filipino Fusion menu that we constantly improve to fit our foodies curious palette.

Meet the owner
This business is co-founded by Jose and Patrice Pargas. A brother and sister tandem both creative in the kitchen and outside of it. A food curious pair that are determined enough to go back to their roots and use that as basis for their somewhat quirky but tasty creations.
Our promise is to re-introduce Filipino food in what it could be today. We hope that through our humble creations, we can encourage curiosity and passion to love local. The Filipino food scene today are too densely populated with foreign franchises and concepts that we forget that we too have a cuisine that boasts history and creativity of our past. We don't claim that our methods are traditional because it is not. But in order for a cuisine to survive, it should ride with the wave of time. And that is what we are doing.
