Moose House, Vasternyliden, Bjurholm, Sweden
At $500 per pound, moose cheese (also known as elk cheese) is one of the most expensive cheeses in the world. This is because only one Swedish farm in the world produces this rare delicacy. You can actually tour the 59-acre farm that is part of The Elk House (Älgens Hus) in Bjurholm, Sweden. Afterwards, you can try moose cheese at the in-house restaurant. You'll be delighted to see that the moose cheese parfait is served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
This is a place in Adelaide where you can see the Kangaroos freely roaming around. You can feed them, go near them but just be careful with the bigger ones. I also got to take a photo with a Koala. Carrying them has an additional charge. 😊
One of South’s Hidden Treasure, Yoki’s Farm! Celebrated my kid’s second birthday here last January. We really enjoyed our farm adventure! We got the full package (animal encounter and Hydroponics Harvest) with tour guide. We fed almost all the animals Zebra, rabbits, birds, etc. Tip: You should come early so you can enjoy the whole place. We were the first to arrive at 7am so it feels like we rented the place all to ourselves 😝 we finished around 9am (2 hr tour) the other visitors arrived by the time we finished.
Follow Yoki’s Farm on Facebook.
I think they still accept walk-ins. They also released community quarantine guidelines on FB as well.
