With a grip on his Indian roots and a forward-thinking mind, Gaggan delivers an ever-changing menu of original artfully-crafted dishes rich in flavor, texture, and beauty. Inspired by seasonal ingredients and Indian regional cuisine and street food, chef-owner Gaggan Anand cooks up what he calls “progressive Indian cuisine” that earned the restaurant two Michelin Stars and the title of Asia’s Best Restaurant (from Asia’s Best 50 Awards) for three years straight. Voyage on a special culinary adventure starting with a 25-course “emoji tasting menu,” where you are given a list of emojis to describe the dishes to be served to you. After a journey through “Magic” Mushrooms, Indian Sushi, Charcoal Prawn Amritsari, and Sea Urchin Ice Cream, descriptions for the colorful collection are revealed to contented stomachs. Take a seat at the counter to view the unfolding of Gaggan’s succulent feast, made by the hands of thirty talented chefs.
