I'm truly a fan of Bicolano dishes as they're not only spicy and rich in flavor but they have a very distinct taste ❤️ These dishes from @eatsjoy are the best answer to our authentic Bicolano cuisine hankerings 😍 . . The Bicol express is so creamy and not too oily which I liked. The right amount of spiciness gives the overall taste so much character without overpowering the different flavors. Plus there's a lot of meat than fats 👍😍 . The Laing (Bicol's finest) on the other side is not too creamy so you can really taste the taro leaves. Spiciness level is just right in my liking too. For me, Laing taste better if you cook it slow under low fire so that all the flavors can come together. We'll that's what I could say when I was eating it. Kudos to @eatsjoy team 💯 .
