I love my rice just as the next Asian, but I can’t give up bread for my life. (I’ve borrowed most of the photos in this list, but they’re all properly credited to their respective owners. I don’t claim any rights to them. If you want me to take them down, just say so in the comments! 😁)
My “everyday” Kouign-Amann because I eat it almost every day. At ₱95 each (US$2), Wildflour’s plain Kouign-Amann is my favorite in Manila so far. They also carry a Nutella version (sometimes Coconut), but I draw the line at the butter and sugar overload. 📷 via Wildflour Cafe + Bakery/Instagram

If it’s still available when I get my Iced Latte around mid-day, I usually buy their Kouign-Amann as well. You know, to skip walking a few more streets to Wildflour. They run out sometimes, but it’s okay. It’s so-so compared to others I’ve tasted, but still hits the spot! 📷 via Psycho Foodie/Instagram

I haven’t been to France yet, so I consider this the best Kouign Amann I’ve ever had...for now. 📷 via Gontran Cherrier/Instagram
