One of the most popular concert venues in Manila, many a pop star have graced the arena with their presence since opening its doors in 2012. It can house as much as 20,000 and seat 15,000 people. Some of the most memorable performances I’ve watched here include: 1. Madonna: Rebel Heart Tour 2. Selena Gomez: The Revival Tour 3. Taylor Swift: The Red Tour 4. Ariana Grande: The Honeymoon Tour 5. Bruno Mars: The Moonshine Jungle Tour 6. J.Lo: Dance Again World Tour 7. New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys 8. Lady Gaga: Born This Way Ball 9. Britney Spears 10. Idina Menzel 11. Incubus Seven years later, the Arena is the go-to concert venue for major names in music!

Paasitorni (Helsinki Workers' House)
This castle-like hotel and events space was built in 1908 by Finnish-Swedish architect, Karl Lindahl. It was made to be a conference center and leisure facility for middle class workers. It is most notable for its rounded silhouette and gray granite stone walls, adding a bit more romance to the already romantic Helsinki. Art Nouveau chandeliers from the 1920s still hang from the Congress Hall’s ceiling. The building is also of historical significance as it served as the Reds’ headquarters during the Finnish Civil War.
