I’d have to say Chef Bruce Ricketts is my favorite chef in Manila. I think this is the only restaurant of his that I haven’t tried yet. I can’t wait to try the much-raved about tasting menu!

#2 on my list, this spot by Chef Jordy Navarra has been recognized by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. I had several friends hold Christmas dinners here, and I can’t believe I haven’t tried it myself!
