I’d have to say Chef Bruce Ricketts is my favorite chef in Manila. I think this is the only restaurant of his that I haven’t tried yet. I can’t wait to try the much-raved about tasting menu!

Awesome sushi and bite sized meals served piece by piece. You’ll get less quantity, but oh man... the quality is top notch! It’s a small place, so if you’re in a big group (no more than 5 or 6), you definitely need to call to reserve the table. Great sake selection too 😉
