Start your Taipei street food adventure here. Hot Star Chicken Cutlet. Torched Beef Cubes with Rose Rock Salt. Prince Cheese Potatoes’ Corn & Cheese. Taiwan Bubble Milk Tea. More. Yum! I also watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 with my friends in a cinema here.

Ximending Night Market contains lots of food that's available at other night markets, making it convenient for people like me who stay near the area. I love, however, the multiple chicken joints here! J&G's Taiwanese fried chicken and squid popcorn lures you in with its powerful delectable aroma, teasing you of the flavor-fest that awaits at every bite. 🌬🤤

Ximending is my favorite Taipei location! It's so full of life—people hustling through the streets, food kiosks peddling yummy eats, and shoppers getting bang-for-your-buck deals. I can spend full days here, and I'll never run out of things to do and stuff to see!

Frequented by a younger crowd, Ximending Night Market is reminiscent of Tokyo’s Harajuku. It’s one of the capital’s most vibrant shopping districts, boasting an array of fashion boutiques, cosmetics shops, and sports outlets! Neon signages crowd overhead, keeping the roads bright, lively, and picture-perfect. Perk up your ears while you stroll around—you might encounter talented street performers serenading passers-by with their guitars!

Every Singaporean has experienced the two-week-long festivities of the Chinese New Year that end in the much-awaited Lantern Festival at the end of January. In Chinatown, thousands of lanterns are lit up into the night sky as an offering to the princess in the moon, a famous Chinese folk tale.

An area filled with Korean cosmetics, and other local retail shops. Best to go at night for the street food. The grilled haloumi cheese was my favorite. I would've eaten much more if I weren't already full. 😩 I'll definitely come back for this one!
