Emmanuel (God is with us) Founded in November 13, 2013, Emmanuel (formerly Emmanuel Cupcakes) offers you a wide range of homemade products from cakes and cheesecakes, to brownies, leche flan, and creamy Maja Blanca. This home-based brand is owned by Shirly Franco, with the help of her six kids. Emmanuel is currently operating in two locations: in Imus, Cavite and in Mexico, Pampanga being their hometown.
