DESCRIPTION: Not many words have to be said about this world-famous ramen chain. Ichiran is home to one of the most flavorsome ramen and unique dining experience. Very worth the wait because there will definitely be one. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: I've been to ichiran at least 50 times in total and not once was I let down my order. It's almost unreal how the taste and texture of the ramen are so consistent and tailored to what you chose on your menu every time. I developed a strange habit of ordering a bowl of rice with the ramen so I can finish the soup with it. ADVICE: The lines are really long at almost all hours of the weekends so be prepared to wait. On weekdays, off-hours would be less crowded.

Ichiran is one of my favourite ramen chains ❤️! I first tried it at original branch in Fukuoka, Japan and was blown away! I ate there so many times I put on 2kg 🙈 by the time I got home, but have no regrets 😂
