I owe a lot of my growth to my stay at the University of Santo Tomas. Starting as a Music, Arts and Design Student in Senior High School to pursuing Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts in CFAD, I’ve witnessed great progress with myself. From being an aspiring painter to being a versatile artist and designer, UST helped me to keep discovering new passions and going beyond my limits. It also taught me the value of patience and trusting my own pace. As I am about to face the last year of my college journey, I look forward to making more memories in the university.

Philippine High School for the Arts

My first visit at this school was to watch the graduating students’ dance recital. Few years later, our organization collaborated with the graduating junior high school students majoring in Folk Dance and produced dance films. It became an annual project since the pandemic. The students here are very talented. I love how working on our projects allowed us to combine different art forms: dance and visual arts, to produce fulfilling masterpieces. You can check out our films on UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe’s Facebook Page

This is my alma mater. I studied at SHALL for twelve years. I went from being known as the kid who would cry before entering the gates to leaving junior high school as the top of our batch. This is really my second home. In my years at this school, I became a student leader, an honor student, a cheer dancer, a friend, a better daughter, and a big dreamer. I am proud to be a Sacredian because I grew up with a community that believes that we can be anything we want to be. SHALL shaped a huge part of who I am today.
