The Morgen people are a completely different kind of society. They speak a unique language, have never heard of reading or writing, and they themselves don’t know where they came from. They just continue living life, hunting and gathering in the surrounding waters of Phuket Island.

If you just want to relax and unwind, Mactan Island has a number of beaches. While many tourists book it out of the airport and head straight to the beaches of Cebu, Philippines, the ones who slow down to look around Mactan are the real winners.

Tre Cime di Lavarado is an excellent destination for the Star Wars fan-slash-alpinist. Featured in Solo: A Star Wars Story, these three distinctive tooth-like peaks are warmer in reality than in film. We can't say the same when you get to the top, though!
