SŌL Coffee is the place to be for minimalists and for those people that likes interior design and coffee combined. Their baristas are both trained by an Expert Barista who started his Career at Dubai and is now teaching the concept of specialty coffee and new styles of brewing it here in Iloilo City. This coffee place is one of the most aesthetically designed cafés that i've been to. Modern furniture, equipment and state of the art La Marzocco Espresso Maker ( Italian Brand ) which i'm big fan of and just basically an overall cozy atmosphere. One downside is just it's a bit small for a Coffee Shop but the owner's said they're planning to expand once the shop have gathered momentum and gets popular. Definitely recommended and a must try for those who plan on visiting Iloilo City.
The 30-foot tall Mantiw is a spirit that frequents farmlands come nightfall. Mantiw loves to whistle, so think twice before you try a duet since it hates sharing the spotlight. Legend says there was a young man who was lifted up by Mantiw to the height of its shoulder for making loud noises, and you certainly don't want that, right?
