Ready your walking shoes, it's a pretty tiring climb up the stairs here. You're well-rewarded though; every corner features some kind of Taiwanese delicacy. Search for the Peanut Roll Ice Cream and the Taro Balls!

Wandered around the market alone one night, and had the best food from my whole trip! My absolute favorite was the spiced corn. The shops also seemed to sell things cheaper here, so definitely do some shopping!

It's the most popular night market in Taipei—and for good reason. Lots and lots of food; and in between those there are a million shops! Look for the deep-fried milk. I loved them so much, I went back twice!!!

Dropped by late at night, so I didn't really get to see a lot; but I did see a few snake restaurants! Nevertheless, it was a nice walk along Taipei's oldest night market 🚶🏻♀️

Ximending is my favorite Taipei location! It's so full of life—people hustling through the streets, food kiosks peddling yummy eats, and shoppers getting bang-for-your-buck deals. I can spend full days here, and I'll never run out of things to do and stuff to see!
