Conveniently located by the entrance of Hakone Yumoto Station, this shop has a large selection of souvenirs. I bought a bunch of made-in-Hakone stuff (they have sake, local delicacies, magnets, etc). If you have a Hakone Free Pass, you get 20% off when you spend more than ¥1000 if I remember correctly. 👍🏼
