Founder Tan Tiong Hoe carries more than 50 years of heritage in roasting high-quality coffee, from his humble beginnings as a 16-year-old coffee shop apprentice to starting his own company that now caters to the country’s top food and beverage outlets. His son Jacob Tan is now at the helm of the cafe, offering 20 different origins of specialty coffee from Africa, Asia, and Central America. The outlet’s highlight? They let you roast your own beans using their Stronghold S7 Pro Roaster, which you can collect on the spot.
I was super impressed by this roastery!! Their pollen milky cold brew was so addictive. It’s an old old local company apparently and they specialise in filtered coffee (not espressos).
