A cool spot in wanchai that does a pretty solid job with Israeli food. Lots of small bites so go heavy on the appetizers. The picture is of the grilled Halloumi cheese with pomegranate. They don’t take reservation so get the early

An old school Cantonese institution that, in 1968, was listed as one of the world’s best 15 restaurants in the world. They are known for their roasted goose but I tend to go for their lemon chicken, the continues fried noodles, BBQ pork and their fried tofu in Spicy salt
