Meet the owner
Chef Joshua Yves is a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management from Far Eastern University and has a degree in Culinary, Baking, and Pastry Arts from Global Academy of Hospitality. He has worked as a Pastry Baker at Edsa Shangrila and also taught Baking and HRM courses at his alma mater before starting Oven Spring.
