Tucked away in the Crescendo Building along Upper East, this Halal-friendly nook is heralded for its premium-quality cakes, pastries, and, of course, its unmissable Nyonya Mee Siam. The paste itself is made using up to 15 ingredients to perfect the rich flavor; while the main ingredients include a generous serving of prawns, egg, bean sprouts, and homemade sambal chili on bee hoon. To cater to its family clientele, their gravy has a nutty flavor that veers away from being too spicy; but it’s rich and creamy, nonetheless.
