Okay, this isn't in Tokyo. If you are a hardcore Gundam otaku, I'm sure the train ride to Yokoham will be on your bucket list. It's time to see the new life-size granddaddy Gundam RX-78 that stands 18 meters tall and can actually move its arms and legs. Clear your calendar for the limited opening opening: December 19 20202 to March 31, 2021. Gates open at 10am. There will be 2 main attractions for visitors to visit: 1. The Gundam Lab, a museum-style display of how the full-scale Gundam was put together, and an AR experience that simulates the cockpit of the 18-meter tall Gundam. 2. The Gundam Dock Tower where visitors can ascend the maintenance scaffolding and get up-close and personal with the giant mobile suit. Tickets are on sale now on the Gundam website!

Whenever you’re in Antipolo, dropping by Pinto Art Museum is a must. Known for housing a variety of artworks, it offers a feast for your eyes with its paintings to sculptures to installations. A friendly tip, an hour is definitely not enough to cover the entire museum and I suggest trying their in house cafe, Café Rizal. ☁️🎨

Since visiting the National Museum, I've been fascinated and dedicated to learning how our local artists create their own artworks. I've also seen pictures of the museum, and there are so many contemporary arts that I want to see and help me strengthen my inner artistic side so that I can get inspiration for future projects.
