Specialty nila ang tokwa’t baboy, pero isa rin sa kanilang bestsellers ay ang sisig. Sikat na sikat rin ito sa Pampanga. Madami na ring famous personalities and celebrities ang kumain dito. Nag order kami ng tokwa’t baboy. Parang chicharon, pare! Yung kanilang sisig, medyo naiiba doon sa dalawa. May halong crisp. Swabe sa lalamunan.

Celebrated my 22nd birthday here! This was my go-to place for pastas even before the pandemic hit. I know that they’ve gained a lot more traction since malls have opened up, so it’s harder to get seats now. Best to phone ahead and reserve a table! My faves are the Gnocco Fritto con Salumi, Mozzarelline Fritte, Tagliatelle al Ragu, Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, 4 Formaggi, Margherita con Bufala, Stracciatella, Pollo al Burro, and their Tiramisu! Whenever I want to feel like a kid again, I go to for the Iced Chocolate Milk, but they have amazing cocktails as well! My go-to’s ar the amaretto sour, negroni, and the aperol spritz! Most of their dishes were really handmade in-store (stays true to the name "A Mano" which means made by hand!) and this is being supervised almost daily by the owner, Amado Fores (you did an amazing job raising him Tita Margarita!!!).
