Just a 20 minute ferry from the shores of Pattaya, and with the ride costing a minimal 30 baht, Koh Larn Island is a true gem. When My friends and I got off at the ferry terminal, considering the place is a whole island, there was a nearby terminal (with motorbikes, mini-jeeps, etc) where you could simply choose where you want to go in the island. (Convenient, yes!) We decided to ride a small jeep headed to the beach, an obvious choice, really. The ride itself was a pleasure. Seeing the beaches peeking through the trees all whilst enjoying the sea breeze was certainly a moment. We got off and saw this pristine beach. We weren’t the only ones there, but the crowd was just right. There we were, under the scorching sun, sipping on fruit shakes of our choice, itching to get into our beaching attires and just really go for it. But first things, first! We rented out these sun loungers shaded by fun and color coded beach umbrellas. Ehem Insta moment! Needless to say, we had quite the fun time in the beach. I miss! 💗

In Bangkok, going to a rooftop bar is a must. In this particular bar, they specialize in craft beers, and daily, they serve a special at a lower price. I paid 200 baht for one craft beer 🍺 and like the emoji, it was foamy all the way to the top. For the low-tol drinker like me, this is the perfect amount to be slightly buzzed, but perfectly in the moment for a good conversation. Lucky for me, I was around travelers from different parts of the world. And so, I got to know their cultures, and their own individual stories. Being way up there with a good drink, with even better company, and with the best view, that’s something else - unforgettable, really! 💗
