Enjoy a pleasant day out at St. Petersburg most prominent public space—Palace Square! Laid out by neoclassicist architect Carlo Rossi, it combines some of the grandest pieces of architecture in the world. On the north side, the Winter Palace stands in all its baroque glory; while the yellow and white General Staff building lies on the southern part of the square. Right in the middle, the Alexander Column (named after Alexander I) rises to commemorate Russia’s win in the Napoleonic Wars.

2. El Nido Zipline El Nido, located on the northernmost tip of Palawan, is best known for its powdery sand beaches. If you want to do something more than sunbathe in its glorious beaches, you can ride the 750-meter long zipline located in Maremegmeg Beach, also known as Las Cabañas Beach. You will need to do a 10-minute uphill hike to reach the starting point but the payoff will be worth it. The zipline provides a breathtaking view of the ocean until you reach the nearby Depeldet Island. You will appreciate the view of golden sands reaching out into crytalline turquoise waters, making this one of the most scenic ziplines in the country.
