Founded in tribute to the late statesman Carlos Romulo and his wife Virginia, the cafe’s menu is mainly composed of heirloom dishes loved by the family’s social and diplomatic circle in the 1970s. A highly recommended dish is Tito Greg’s Kare-Kare, which is a classic mix of vegetables, beef tripe, and creamy peanut sauce that comes in generous servings.
