Keng Wah Sung is an unsung hero of the classic Singaporean breakfast, as they serve a mean Kaya Toast Set with runny eggs and coffee. Their homemade Kaya is slathered generously on very thin toast, so you get a load of the sweet coconut jam in every bite. You know it’s a hit when locals wipe their plate of eggs clean with the toast—and they do! They also plate up a no-fail Nasi Lemak, as well as Mee Siam or Wanton, to complete your morning.
