Established in 1945, Restoran Soong Kee is known for its iconic beef ball noodles. Minced pork and beef are flavored with fermented soybean paste, then placed on a bed of chewy egg noodles. The meal also includes a bowl of soup with beef balls, innards, tripe, and tendon. Soong Kee is extremely popular amongst locals and tourists, which means you might have to wait for a bit to get seated. Luckily, the turnover time is pretty fast!
