Sans rival takes on a new form at Empacho. Rather than the usual large round or square cakes, Empacho serves their Pistachio Sans Rival in smaller rolls that look like green twinkies. It has a new dynamic of making each forkful more evenly ratioed since you can probably get every layer in just one stab.
