In 2017, Nakiryu became the second ramen (辛麺, Japanese-style noodles in a meat-based broth) restaurant to earn a Michelin star. We highly recommend their famous Tantanmen (担々麵, spicy ramen), a light, creamy soup with thin, springy homemade noodles, topped with minced meat. Lines tend to get pretty long here, as they only accept walk-ins. Come early, but don’t forget to bring your patience with you!
