This old-fashioned restaurant has two levels, but we suggest you queue at the ground floor to witness the chefs cook up your meal! Choose between Hire (ヒレ, pork fillet) or Rosu (ロース, pork loin) cuts, partnered with rice, miso soup, and pickles. Take note, though—you’ll probably reek of oil after dining here!
