Potato Head is the poster child of Bali’s beach clubs. Indonesian architect Andra Matin designed the iconic amphitheater-like structure. Its facade is made up of antique teakwood shutters gathered from all over the archipelago. Within, a gorgeous beachside infinity pool sets the mood for a laid-back tropical afternoon. Kick back at the lounge with one of the bar’s exotic cocktails, most of which are infused with local ingredients. They also have a menu of classic beverages for the purists. Mrs Sippy only opened in 2017, yet it has already set itself up to par with the archipelago’s best hangouts. Its biggest draw is the spectacular saltwater pool (the biggest in Bali!) which comes with one-, three-, and five-meter high diving boards.
