Be bold and buy kilo-sized slabs of chocolate at Läderach, a family-owned chocolate shop founded in 1962. A few years later, Rudolf Läderach Jr. invented and patented the process of manufacturing thin-walled hollow balls for truffles in 1970. This made production significantly easier, allowing them to sell in bulk. The family continued to innovate, generation after generation. Their newest revolutionary product, the Läderach Mini Mousses, are refreshing kisses that literally melt in your mouth!
