The Alchemist has been making waves in Singapore’s coffee scene since its debut in 2016—growing from one single hole-in-the-wall coffee joint to a total of four outlets, including a flagship store at Khong Guan Building. Known for its excellent brews, its house blend is made of beans from Brazil and Colombia with tasting notes of aromatic milk chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel. Its roastery is housed at the back of the cafe for patrons who want a peek of their roasting process.
