16th century warehouse on quay at Kings Lynn, converted into a welcoming restaurant and arts centre. Really enjoyed the food, especially the substantial main courses here. Wholesome , tasty, locally sourced. My traditional liver, bacon, onion gravy and 4 fresh vegetables was delicious. My husband was equally happy with his more contemporary fishy platter. Indeed we enjoyed the dinner do much, we returned for coffee in the sun the following morning. Good river views.

Hidden behind an umbrella shop selling handmade Fox Umbrellas from the UK, you have to grab the correct umbrella handle (don’t tell them we told you, but we heard it’s the silver one) for the door to open. It’s a great place to enjoy live music and exquisite Chinese cuisine and mixology. Foxglove is also a popular date-night venue for lovers!
