HomePro Gateway Ekamai

Bangkok, Thailand • Recommendation •

They sell a bit of everything: rope, paint, electrical appliances, tools, storage boxes, bedding, fixtures. The staff are pretty helpful in finding things, cutting them to size etc. This branch at Gateway Ekkamai as well as the branch at Phlorn Chit station are very easy to access by the BTS.

IKEA Bangna

Bangkok, Thailand • Memory •

You need to plan your trip to Bangna carefully to avoid traffic. Once you're there it's much like any other IKEA in the world. be sure to fuel yourself up with some traditional swedish meatballs in the cafe before venturing inside the store. Be careful otherwise you'll end up buying a handy storage unit called TUOÅNG which you didn't plan on buying. Their delivery and assembly service is quite affordably priced if you don't feel like building the flat pack furniture yourself.

Bangkok, Thailand • Recommendation •

Index is like a smaller quieter more central Thai version of IKEA. Good selection of furniture and homeware and cat cushions.
