The Gallery sings an ode to pink with its blush-painted interiors and plush rose-hued seating. Enjoy a cup of tea, a flute of champagne, or a glass of alcohol-free bubbly to go with the dishes from their classic British menu. While waiting to be served by the designer-clad staff, notice the witty David Shrigley (Turner Prize-awarded visual artist) illustrations that adorn the walls.
Hmmmnn.. Where my husband took me for our first anniversary in 2013. Where he swept me off my feet with a plate of salmon for P2,000, a fruit Pavlova for a thousand bucks and a lychee Martini for a few hundred bucks. 🥴

Opened in 2016 this restaurant led the farm to table trend in Bangkok with meats, cheese and wine from organic farms and artisan foodmakers. It also tastes good :)
Some of my best nights over drinks, I had at Cafe Gray Deluxe at Hong Kong's Upperhouse. Make sure to get the "Hong Kong Highball" cocktail while enjoying the iconic skyline. Come early to make the most of the city lights.
