Crawley, Worthing
South of London, East and West Sussex have rolling hills, pretty villages and of course my hometown, Crawley.
In Copthorne, a few minutes drive west of Crawley is this nice cafe and wine bar. by day you can have an English breakfast, coffee and panini, in the evening it transforms into a wine bar where you can sample wine from the wine machine. if it's a sunny day you can sit outside.

In Arundel, a small historic town on Sussex's south coast is this wildfowl and wetland centre. Well mantained boardwalks let you explore a large area of wetlands full of ducks, geese and swans including endangered species from Iceland and Iraq. There's a nice cafe and kids can enjoy the area for feeding ducks as well as two playgrounds. Come on a weekday and it's very peaceful.
