I highly recommend to visit Lakawon in Bacolod because their beach is so nice. The white sand is very powdery and the water is crystal clear. The ambiance is very relaxing. On the other hand, The Ruins is also a must visit place whenever you are in Bacolod. The structure is still breathtaking.

During the weekend-long celebration, a sea of jubilant locals party on the streets dressed in happy masks and traditional outfits.
