Recommendation by Rachel Tiu
This small and humble kiosk in front of Intrepid Plaza is one of my go-to’s for anything Filipino Delicacies - Bibingka/Kakanin, refreshment and breads at very affordable prices. I think she’s a reseller of Filipino Rice cakes from Cainta Rizal where you can taste one of the best Bibingka. Yum! She offers lots of bibingka and sapin-sapin flavors and my faves are the classic one and ube bibingka. One slice of their premium Sapin-sapin and bibingka for 12 pesos only. Havent tried her Banana bread and Suman but I’ll try that real soon. Great customer service, and one of the cheapest quick grub and you can find in Eastwood City. A must try! #pandaeatssph
